It is a really hard choice between using this new KitchenAid heavy-duty 6 qt. mixer and my puny little old hand mixer.
So, out with the old, in with the new.
**No actual hand mixers were harmed during this photo session. I guess I'll keep it just in case it would be handy for something.

Yeah, keep the hand mixer. I still use mine for little jobs when the big mixer is overkill.
My kitchen aid is one of my best friends. Love her... she is dependable for almost anything...
But yes, keep your hand mixer...
I tossed mine and then had to buy a new one. :(
oh so nice! You will love it. And keep the hand mixer, because I wish I had one sometimes for small jobs where you just want to mix it in the bowl.
