Some quick blurps. Please tell me if you'd like me to expand on any ideas/statements. I will if I can later.
1. Zachariah is doing GREAT with potty training. He is by no means done, but he's making great progress.
2. I've had to be tight-lipped about a personal issue for over a month now. I can't tell my family, friends, or you. It stinks. I might be able to talk about it in a few more days. Thank goodness. (No, I'm NOT pregnant! Has nothing to do with that.)
3. I never make New Year's Resolutions. I think I will this year. I have some in mind that I really want to make. I think writing them down and talking about them will help.
4. I need to get moving with movie reviews. We got some new ones that are being released soon. Plus you all love getting free movies right?
5. My shoes came an hour before we left for Christmas vacation! I was so excited. I'll get photos soon, so you can see what I chose.
6. I got a new book just before Christmas break too, but I haven't read much because I'm finishing another book right now too.
7. My blogroll list is SO VERY outdated on my site. Can you tell how often I (don't) change things? Yikes.
8. I need to get my Christmas decorations put away tomorrow. Oh the joy. It's much more fun putting up than taking down. Plus I've already helped my mom take down most of her house. Ugh.
9. I think we'll hit up a few local stores tomorrow and try to spend some Christmas money. Always nice.
10. College football is just about done. What will my husband do after Monday?

Urgh! Taking down decorations is so depressing!! I tend to wait till old Christmas day, but breaks my heart on how dull and empty the house looks after it's all down :(
Good luck with the family issue thing! And I also started this year with resolutions that I have never done, so Good luck with them also!
Happy New Year! And hope you have a great time shopping! Looking forward to your post about your family, xo
I love how the house looks after taking down Christmas...all fresh and clean and straight. And for us, it never takes as long to take down as it does to put it up (because we make an effort to do the taking down WITHOUT the children).
We just started potty training yesterday. We've had as many accidents as successes, so I guess that's a good start, but I always feel like I have no idea what I'm doing. And this is my third time! LOL!
Glad to see you "back"! I missed you!
Can't wait to hear about #2.
Potty Training!! Tell me more! This is my third time around and by far my most challenging. Michael knows when he needs to go and takes off his diaper but never actually makes an effort to get to the potty or toilet. I have cleaned up more messes on my couch, floor, carpet, wherever than I ever thought Id have to. So ya, I am all about the potty training lately.
Also, personal issue....so curious now! I totally would have been thinking pregnancy if you didnt clarify.
Good luck with it all and take your time getting around to everything. This time after the holidays can be a bit difficult so go slow.
Ahhh potty training. Any tips for training a boy? I've heard that throwing a cheerio in the toilet and telling them to aim for it is helpful, but other than that, I'm clueless in the boy training department. And frankly, I've been putting it off because I'm terrified of it. How sad is that?
Can't wait to see the shoes!
