I like that if we sleep in a bit, I don't feel guilty about it. We can just chalk it up to a busy week and often a late Sunday night.
I like that my house is usually sparkling clean. We host a small group from church here each week (changing to every other week though) on Sunday evenings. So I always make sure the house is tidy, the toilet is scrubbed, and the floors are vacuumed before everyone comes. And it doesn't hurt that when I get up Monday morning my house is nice and clean.
I like a fresh start with a new week. What will this week hold? You never know on Monday how the week will end.
Is there anything that you like about Mondays?

Well, I'm not completely convinced yet, but I think I like starting Monday with a powerful workout.

Sometimes, not always, I like Mondays because it means getting back to our "normal" routine. I love weekends, don't get me wrong, but sometimes the structured-ness of weekdays is a relief.

I love the idea of waking up to a clean house on Mondays -but it doesn't seem to, um, work that way around here.
I'm a little late to comment seeing as it will be Tuesday in about 20 minutes, but that will probably tell you how busy I find Mondays to be. Definitely not my favorite day of the week, but I'm glad you had a good one. I just may have to try that clean house on Monday morning thing; that would definitely make the day better.
I like getting back to the routine. I'm kinda weird.
I like it that the insanity of the weekend is over, that my babysitter comes to watch my toddler and help clean up the weekend's toy explosion, that my kindergartner/boss is out of the house, and that I get to go back to work, where I can again hear my own thoughts...Ahhh...I LOVE Mondays!
