I season w/butter, s&p, garlic powder and parsley, then cut up a potato, carrots/onions to fill, cover w/foil and bake till done.<BR/><BR/>You could also bake on top of green beans with adobo for seasoning, serve with rice (for some reason I love this combo, with fresh lemon at the table)<BR/><BR/>Then if there's leftovers you can cube it up/cut it off the bone and make chicken pot pie or anything that you can do with cubed leftover chickeen (chicken salad, etc) <BR/><BR/>and then you can add the bones to your boil stash and make soup at some point ;)jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04749907474327431646noreply@blogger.com
